Zmodeler 1.07 exporting?

Well, i'm creating an arsenal of cars for Re-Volt using Blender. However, it's been SO LONG ago that I've used Zmodeler that I forget most all of it's functions.

When I export to .mod what do I have to do (like when all polygons are selected with Quadr) What boxes do I have to tick. I remember having problems with this years ago (I think that's why you, val, helped me). Also, now-a-days, what's Viper Racing's Polygons limit for cars (when using VRGT mod)?
